A resolution approving a proposed Third Amendatory Agreement between the City and County of Denver and Dominion Voting Systems, Inc. to extend the term, increase the maximum contract amount, update provisions, and for software license fees and extended warranties for elections voting equipment.
Amends a contract with Dominion Voting Systems, Inc. to add $438,100 for a new contract total of $913,100 and two years for a new end date of 12-31-23 for software license fees and extended warranties for elections voting equipment, citywide (CLERK-202262784).
