Type and Scope of services to be performed:

Colorado Circle for Change’s Healthy Hood Initiative provides access to nutritious and culturally responsive food for youth in their afterschool and summer programs in Denver, as well as nutritious food boxes bi-weekly to close the hunger gap at home for Denver's youth. They provide support and assistance for families to access SNAP and WIC programs. CCFC also provides workshops to youth and families to increase knowledge on nutrition, healthy eating environments, food justice, and sovereignty to increase nutritional health for Denver's most underserved youth experiencing food apartheid and hunger.
