The Project will improve the safety for vehicles and pedestrians along the Monaco Parkway corridor and the intersections of 14th Ave, Virginia Ave and Cedar Ave. The Project will require acquisition through a negotiated purchase or condemnation of all or any portion of any property as needed.  This includes easement interests, access rights, and improvements.  This ordinance also grants the right to negotiate and execute all agreements and to make all necessary payments.
