Amends the Downtown Area Plan by adding recommendations for day-to-day decision making related to land use, intensity of development, mobility and connectivity, community benefits, sustainability, public investment, private development and partnerships for the Central Platte Valley - Auraria District. The Committee approved filing this item at its meeting on 5-15-18.

The Downtown Area Plan establishes a long-range vision with guiding principles, recommendations and implementation strategies for improving the future of Central Platte Valley - Auraria District. Plan recommendations provide guidance for day-to-day decision making related to land use, intensity of development, mobility and connectivity, community benefits, sustainability, public investment, private development and partnerships. It will guide future implementation actions such as zoning map or text amendments, capital improvements and public-private partnerships.
