Currently, the City has a service agreement with CoreCivic to provide residential and non-residential reentry services to individuals returning from incarceration at 4511 E. 46th Avenue known as the Dahlia Facility. The purchase of this facility will allow the City to take over the management of services. The building has capacity for up to 120 beds.
