An Intergovernmental Contract Amendment that amends and extends an existing intergovernmental contract with the Colorado Department of Human Services (CDHS) for child care facility inspections in the City and County of Denver. The Intergovernmental Contract Amendment modifies the statement of work in the existing contract to clarify administrative requirements for reimbursement of citywide child care facility inspections. This also amends the current agreement by adding $640,642 for a new total of $2,488,287 and extends it for one year for a new end date of 6-30-19.
