Approves a contract with LAZ Parking Midwest, LLC for $371,098,983.41 and for seven years with three one-year options to extend, to provide shuttle services at Denver International Airport, in Council District 11. Type and Scope of services to be performed:
The Contract provides Shuttle Services at Denver International Airport (DEN). This includes but is not limited to providing service to all Landside Parking Lots, Airside Employee Services as well as routes deemed necessary The contractor will (1) manage, operate, maintain, provide the vehicles, and other related services that are required for a Comprehensive Shuttle Bus Service at the Airport, (2) ensure compliance with all applicable laws, rules, regulations, and standards for busing operations, and (3) establish and maintain superior levels of customer service. The bus fleet will be equipped with state-of-the-art technology that allows LAZ and its clients to track vehicles in real time, monitor driver behavior, digitally monitor vehicle mechanical status.
