Amends a license agreement with T-Mobile USA by adding $398,412.72 of T-Mobile USA funds for a new total of $850,000 to enable the Licensee to upgrade its system and adding minimum wage ordinance requirements for the lease of space for antenna and wireless equipment at the Colorado Convention Center in Council District 9. No change to agreement duration (RC7A007).

This ordinance request is to amend the T-Mobile Distributed Antenna System (“DAS”) radio frequency equipment at the Colorado Convention Center. This amendment is not adjusting the base monthly fee as no spectrums are being added as the amendment is for upgraded equipment only. T-Mobile provides wireless service for their customer base. In response to technology changes and competitive forces the lessee is upgrading its DAS equipment to support new frequencies. From a revenue perspective, the fees are the base monthly and antenna fees. The base fee increases 4% annually
