Approves a use and license agreement with The Board of County Commissioners of the County of Arapahoe for $4,000 and through 9-21-22 for County access on City-owned land for staging of materials and equipment as well as potential construction work for their road construction project located at the southwest corner of Iliff Avenue and the High Line Canal (FINAN-202054110-00). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 11-9-20. The Committee approved filing this item at its meeting on 10-6-20.

Type and Scope of services to be performed:
As part of the Project, Arapahoe County has requested from the City access for staging of materials and equipment as well as potential construction work for the Project. The License and Use area owned by the City and is under the authority, management and operation of the Denver Department of Parks and Recreation (DPR) as part of its trail system along the High Line Canal. Arapahoe County will pay the City as compensation for the City granting the License, the sum of Four Thousand Dollars and Zero Cents ($4,000) for the one-year term of this Agreement. The County has the option to extend the term of the License Agreement for an additional one year upon the payment of an additional $4,000
