Amends a contract with DSRW Enterprises, Inc., doing business as Calahan Construction Services, by adding $195,170.30 for a new total amount of $2,884,560.65, to address unforeseen conditions and regulatory changes on projects related to agreements with the Union Pacific Railroad Company (UPRC), including the 36th Street Yard Office Facility Relocation project and the 35th-36th Street Pedestrian Bridge project in Council District 9. No change to contract duration (201419442).
