A resolution approving and providing for the execution of a proposed amended Grant Agreement between the City and County of Denver and the Colorado Department of Human Services concerning the “Promoting Safe and Stable Families Program FY23-24” program and the funding therefor.
Amends a grant agreement with Colorado Department of Human Services - Office of Early Childhood - Promoting Safe and Stable Families by adding $200,000 for a new total of $608,000 and one year with a new ending date of 9-30-2024 to continue to develop and establish, or expand, and operate coordinated programs of community-based family support services, family preservation services, time-limited family reunification services, and adoption and support services, citywide (SOCSV-202159802-03 / SOCSV-202159802-03). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 10-23-2023. The Committee approved filing this item at its meeting on 9-20-2023.
