During the term of this agreement, the Prevailing Wage classifications associated with this agreement have been modified (discontinued or combined into different classifications) and/or rates have increased. This amendment will modify the existing Prevailing Wage classifications to align with the most recent Prevailing Wage Schedule. This amendment allows the Vendor to increase rates to compensate for the Prevailing Wage rate increases.
