The IGA allows the City to accept federal transit funding and RTD local match to reconstruct and rehabilitate of portions of the 16th Street Mall Transitway. Through the agreement the City receives $12.8 million from RTD, including:

                     $11.8 million grant

                     $1 million matching funding from RTD

                     The City commits $2.1 million for the city local match (through the Capital Improvement Program)
