Type and Scope of services to be performed:

Work includes the following four projects: Installation of ultraviolet light sterilization systems approved by City on all 26 escalators at the CCC; Acquisition and installation of forty to fifty permanent ultraviolet disinfection lighting units approved by City for high traffic areas and mobile ultraviolet sterilization systems for use prior to and following meetings in various rooms at the CCC; Acquisition and installation of touchless internal and external doors approved by City for main entry and ADA entrances that will permit staff and patrons to enter and exit without touching the door or other operation system such as a button; Acquisition and installation of twenty-nine air ionization systems approved by City that sanitize airflow and are comparable to systems in use in similar large venues such as Mile High Stadium. The system shall provide for mutually agreed upon energy cost savings and shall be designed to purify air flow by irradiating viruses and bacteria. The original proposal anticipated the need for multistage, multiyear installation of the items listed above.
