Type and Scope of services to be performed:

The purpose of this Amendment is to extend the term of this Professional Design Services Agreement by two years, through September 30, 2023.  Capacity of the contract will be increased from $791,769.33 to $1,191,631.97.  Now that design of this bridge is nearing completion, this Amendment is needed to provide professional engineering and related services during construction of the replacement bridge which will carry W. 8th Ave. Bridge over the S. Platte River.  The RFQ for this Contract stated that Professional Services during construction would eventually be requested from the selected firm.
