A bill for an ordinance approving a proposed Amendatory Agreement between the City and County of Denver and School District No. 1, to provide reliable healthy food access for Denver's children, as funded by the Healthy Food for Denver's Kids Initiative, serving Districts 1, 3, 6, 8, 9 and 10.
Amends a grant agreement with School District No. 1 in the City and County of Denver and The State of Colorado (Denver Public School The Village CLA) to amend Exhibit A and Exhibit B in the contract and add $37,819.82 for a new contract total of $611,999.34 to provide reliable healthy food access for Denver’s children, as funded by the Healthy Food for Denver’s Kids Initiative, serving Districts 1, 3, 6, 8, 9 and 10. (ENVHL- 202580270-00/ENVHL-202684724-01). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 8-10-2026. The Committee approved filing this item at its meeting on 7-8-2026.
