The Licensee (Sarkisian Brothers Bannock LLC) is the owner of the real property located at 10th and Cherokee. In the past, the City reserved an easement covering property owned by the Licensee. The terms of that easement prohibit the Licensee from certain activities, including construction within the easement area reserved by the city. The Licensee now wishes to build within the easement area and to do so the city would hereby grant Licensee a license to use and occupy the easement area burdening the Licensee’s property.
