Denver Parks and Recreation (“DPR”) and the Department of Transportation and Infrastructure (“DOTI”) has solicited Requests for Qualifications from teams to provide Landscape, Architectural, and Engineering Professional services for 47th and Walden Park. The scope of design services includes development of the concept plans through schematic design and design development, preparation of construction documents, coordination with the selected General Contractor or Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC), and construction administration through project completion.
