Denver Rescue Mission

 

Type and Scope of services to be performed:

The Denver Rescue Mission will provide weekly case management support to include crisis management and conflict resolution, benefit acquisition and access to mainstream resources, case planning, conducting needs assessment, assisting with obtaining vital documents, case conferencing, housing navigation, transportation assistance, and on-site mental health support to six families at a time. These families will be literally homeless upon entry and will be housed at The Crossing, and will have their own private room and bedroom, with access to clean linens, three meals a day and laundry facilities. Case management will be housing focused, with the primary goal of assisting households with obtaining permanent housing and providing wrap around services that will ensure long term success and stability.
