A bill for an ordinance approving a proposed Standard Food and Beverage Concession Space Agreement between the City and County of Denver and CI/EL-ROI RMCF, JV concerning a concession at Denver International Airport.
(BUSINESS, WORKFORCE & SUSTAINABILITY) Approves a new airport concession agreement for 7 years with CI/EL-ROI RMCF, JV ( Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory) with an annual maximum guarantee of $168,273.00 or 13% of compensation, whichever is greater (PLANE-201311261-00). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 12-2-13. The Committee approved filing this bill at its meeting on 10-30-13.
