A bill for an ordinance approving the Fourth Amendatory Agreement between the City and County of Denver and Compass Group USA, Inc. to provide vending machines at the Denver County Jail and the Denver Downtown Detention Center.
(HEALTH, SAFETY, EDUCATION & SERVICES) Adds one year to the existing contract with The Compass Group USA, Inc. (through 6-30-15) for food and beverage vending at the Denver County Jail and Downtown Detention Facility (RC01013). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 7-28-14. The Committee approved filing this bill by consent on 6-26-14.
