Amends Ordinance No. 315, Series of 2000, granting a revocable permit to Dawn Food Products, to add encroachment into the public right-of-way with a new private 6" sanitary sewer and 2 cleanouts above existing sewer at 45th Ave. and Lipan in Council District 9. (LAND USE, TRANSPORTATION & INFRASTRUCTURE) Amends Ordinance No. 315, Series of 2000, granting a revocable permit to Dawn Food Products, to add encroachment into the public right-of-way with a new private 6" sanitary sewer and 2 cleanouts above existing sewer at 45th Ave. and Lipan in Council District 9. The Committee approved filing this resolution by consent on 11-15-12.
