A bill for an ordinance approving and providing for the execution of a proposed Intergovernmental Agreement between the City and County of Denver and the State of Colorado, Department of Transportation, concerning the "Traffic Improvement Program – Denver TIP 2014 Signals" project and the funding therefor.
(INFRASTRUCTURE & CULTURE) Approves a $1.344 million Intergovernmental Agreement with the Colorado Department of Transportation to fund the 2014 Traffic Improvement Program for citywide signal system improvement and appropriates and establishes the capital grant fund for the program. The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 10-27-14. The Committee approved filing this bill by consent on 9-25-14.
