Council District 9. (LAND USE, TRANSPORTATION & INFRASTRUCTURE) Grants a revocable permit to Denver Housing Authority to encroach into the public right-of-way with three grated detention basins with footings and grates, five planting beds, one sign, one concrete paver, two benches, three chairs, storm sewer, sidewalk chase, and an under drain at 1099 Osage in Council District 9. The Committee approved filing this resolution by consent on 10-7-10.
