A bill for an ordinance approving a proposed Second Amendatory Agreement between the City and County of Denver and Qwest Communications Company, LLC d/b/a Centurylink QCC, to extend the term, increase the compensation, update the scope of services and fees for services and update other contract language.
(GOVERNMENT & FINANCE) Adds two years and $380,160 to the contract with Qwest Communications Company LLC. for internet data services for a total contract of $13,158,160 (CE95035-2). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 12-13-13. The Committee approved filing this bill by consent on 11-14-13.
