A bill for an ordinance approving and providing for the execution of a proposed grant agreement between the City and County of Denver and the Walton Family Foundation for the purpose of building “Ruby Hill Bike Park” and the funding therefor.
(INFRASTRUCTURE & CULTURE) Establishes a capital grant fund and appropriates a $500,000 grant from the Walton Family Foundation for the purpose of building the Ruby Hill Bike Park, in Council District 7. The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 12-22-14. The Committee approved filing this bill by consent on 11-20-14.
