Approves a Compatible Use Agreement with The Park People for the rehabilitation, renovation and use of the James A. Fleming House in Platt Park in Council District 7. (LAND USE, TRANSPORTATION & INFRASTRUCTURE) Approves a Compatible Use Agreement with The Park People regarding rehabilitation and renovation of the James A. Fleming House in Platt Park, estimated at $510,000, and use of the upper floor by The Park People for 15 years, commencing on approximately January 1, 2012; the first floor will be permitted as an Event Facility. The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is 11-8-10. The Committee approved filing this bill at its meeting on 10-5-10.
