A bill for an ordinance amending Article XIII of Chapter 55, section 55-394, Denver Revised Municipal Code concerning the licensing of Pedal- Cabs.
(BUSINESS, WORKFORCE & SUSTAINABILITY) Revises the City Code to allow the director of Excise and Licenses to set insurance requirements for licensed pedal cab businesses above the current codified minimum through public rulemaking instead of through the ordinance process. The Committee approved filing this bill at its meeting on 1-30-13.
