A bill for an ordinance approving a proposed Fifth Amendatory Agreement between the City and County of Denver and Regional Transportation District for coordinating, planning and construction for various components of the FasTracks Project.
(INFRASTRUCTURE & CULTURE) Adds $250,000 to the revenue agreement with the Regional Transportation District to be paid to the City for coordinating, planning, and construction of various components of the FasTracks project per the Light Rail System Master Agreement (RC51808-5). The last reguarly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 11-17-14. The Committee approved filing this bill by consent on 7-24-14.
