Approves a Permanent Encroachment Easement for the benefit of the Denver Cultural Center Parking Garage Condominium Association, Inc., a Colorado non-profit corporation. (A small portion of the Denver Cultural Center Parking Garage encroaches onto certain property owned by the City. This ordinance will authorize a Permanent Easement to perpetually permit the encroachment.)
