A bill for an ordinance approving a proposed Agreement for professional consulting services between the City and County of Denver and Parsons Brinkerhoff, Inc., for the National Western Stock Show Complex and Coliseum Master Plan. (LAND USE TRANSPORTATION AND INFRASTRUCTURE) Approves a contract with Parsons Brinkerhoff, Inc. in the amount of $745,819.57 for professional consulting services for the National Western Stock Show Complex and Coliseum (“National Western Center”) Master Plan. The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 4-28-14. The Committee approved filing this bill at its meeting on 4-1-14.
