(INFRASTRUCTURE & CULTURE) Grants a permanent easement allowing the Park Creek Metro District access to city-owned open space land to construct Denver Water’s conduit 93 in Stapleton north of 56th Avenue in Council District 8. The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 4-18-16. The Committee approved filing this bill by consent on 3-17-16.
