C.B. 237, Series of 2010, A bill for an ordinance approving an amendatory on-call agreement between Interlock Construction Corporation and the City & County of Denver that will provide the construction cost to remodel the Bear Valley Branch Library. (BOND IMPLEMENTATION)
Amends the $5M on-call construction contract with Interlock Construction to increase the maximum amount allowed for the Bear Valley Library renovation work order only from $400,000 to $668,000. The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 5-24-10. The Committee approved filing this bill by consent on 4-23-10.
