A resolution approving and providing for the execution of a proposed Grant Agreement between the City and County of Denver and the United States Department of Transportation Federal Railroad Administration concerning the “Central Denver/BNSF Railroad Crossing” program and the funding therefor.
Approves a Grant Agreement with USDOT Federal Railroad Administration for $1,200,000.00, Match Budget: $300,000.00 for a total of $1,500,000.00 with an end date of 2-29-2028 for the recipient, in partnership with BNSF, to undertake project planning activities of six (6) central Denver locations, citywide (DOTI-202581151).
