(INFRASTRUCTURE & CULTURE) Approves a $5,811,904.93 contract with Interlock Construction Corp through 8-1-16 for Phase 2 of the McNichols Building rehabilitation including reconfiguration of the existing north courtyard, relocation of interior restrooms, and installation of a freight elevator (201523928). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 10-19-15. The Committee approved filing this resolution by consent on 9-10-15.
