(INFRASTRUCTURE & CULTURE) Approves a $7,497,109.75 contract with BT Construction, Inc. for drainage improvements between Arkins Court and Mountain Cement along 33rd Street which is the first segment of a project to construct a 5-year storm sewer system and its associated facilities (201521653). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 8-3-15. The Committee approved filing this bill by consent on 7-2-15.
