(GOVERNMENT & FINANCE) Approves the sale of a surplus portion of land at 1301 Holly Street in Council District 5 for $5,000 to Joseph and Courtney Archambault, owners of adjacent property. The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 12-26-12. The Committee approved filing this bill by consent on 11-7-12.
