Amends a contract with Compass Group USA, Inc. to add one year from April 1, 2013 to March 31, 2014, to provide token vending machines that will dispense beverages and snacks at the Denver County Jail and the Downtown Detention Center. Additionally, a bill changer machine, a cash pop vending machine, and two (2) snack vending machines will be placed at the Denver County Jail (RC01013-03). The Inmate Welfare Fund receives 20% commission from the contract.
