A bill for an ordinance approving a proposed Amendatory Agreement between the City and County of Denver and Denver Neighborhood Revitalization, Inc., to revise the scope of services of the Agreement.
(BUSINESS, WORKFORCE & SUSTAINABILITY) Amends an the contract with Denver Neighborhood Revitalization, Inc. (DNRI) to require the return of program revenue held by the Contractor after February 10, 2012 and any program revenue received from the sale of Neighborhood Stabilization Program 1 properties after that date. The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 3-12-12. The committee approved filing this bill by consent on 10-11-11.
