(FINANCE & SERVICES) Approves the Sloans Block 7 East Sales Tax Increment Area Cooperation Agreement between the City and the Denver Urban Renewal Authority for the Sloans Block 7 East Project within St. Anthony Urban Redevelopment Area to establish the parameters for tax increment financing with incremental sales taxes in Council District 1. The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review date is on 2-2-15. The Committee approved filing this bill at its meeting on 12-16-14.
