Robinson, P.C. and Diamond S. Demmer, in full payment and satisfaction of all claims by Diamond S. Demmer, in Civil Action No. 11-cv-01802-CMA-KMT, in the United States District Court for the District of Colorado. (HEALTH, SAFETY, EDUCATION & SERVICES) Approves a settlement involving the Denver Police Department in the amount of $40,000.00. This resolution was approved for filing at the Mayor-Council meeting on 5-15-12.
