(LAND USE, TRANSPORTATION & INFRASTRUCTURE ) Grants a revocable permit, subject to certain terms and conditions, to Sloan’s Lake Apartments, LLC, their successors and assigns to encroach into the right-of-way with two pedestrian bridges across Raleigh Street between West Conejos Place and West 16th Avenue at approximately 1550 Raleigh Street in Council District 1.
