Changes the Special Revenue Fund (SRF) for the child care facility inspection program so that the SRF is appropriated for the annual contract amount rather than set up on a cash basis. (FINANCE & SERVICES) The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review date is on 2-15. The Committee approved filing this bill by consent on 2-5-15.
