A letter dated October 19, 2015, from Cary Kennedy, Chief Financial Officer, in keeping with the provisions of Section 20-93 of the Denver Revised Municipal Code, that the Department of Finance intends to issue Airport System Subordinate Revenue Refunding Bonds, Series 2015A, for and on behalf of its Department of Aviation, in a par amount not to exceed $225 million for the purpose of refunding the Series 2005 Airport bonds.
