Approves the Mayoral appointments of John Bruno, Frank Cannon, Mark Falcone, Patrick Heck, and Jenny Robinson to the 9th Avenue Business Improvement District Board of Directors for terms effective immediately and expiring 12-31-17, or until successors are duly appointed.
