Abill for an Ordinance approving a Lease Agreement and Assignment Agreement with Environmental Learning For Kids for the lease and development of a 5.5 acre parcel of land at 12680 Albrook Drive.
(INFRASTRUCTURE & CULTURE) Approves leasing a 5 acre parcel of land at 12680 Albrook Drive for 50 years to Environmental Learning for Kids, to provide a site for environmental education, stewardship of natural resources and training in leadership and service. The agreement provides for the construction of an education center, storage building(s) and appropriate appurtenances. The last reguarly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 11-24-14. The Committee approved filing this bill at its meeting on 10-22-14.
