A bill for an ordinance approving a proposed Amendatory Agreement between the City and County of Denver and Denver Housing Authority to remove 8 units listed as collateral for the loan and replace them with 8 units of similar size and equal or greater value.
(BUSINESS, WORKFORCE & SUSTAINABILITY) Amends the HOME loan agreement with Denver Housing Authority to remove 8 unites listed as collateral for the loan and replace them with 8 units of similar size and equal or greater value (GE6A125). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 8-27-12. The Committee approved filing this bill by consent on 7-19-12.
