Adds $1 million in City funds and $750,000 in Urban Drainage and Flood Control District (UDFCD) funds to an intergovernmental agreement with UDFCD for a new contract total of $1,950,000 to remove properties from the regulated floodplain associated with the Marston Lake North Drainageway Improvements Project from South Garrison Street to the Eastern Limit of West Stanford Avenue in Council District 2 (201313021).
