It is in the best interests of the Department of Transportation and Infrastructure and the City at large to extend this contract for 2 years, providing an expiration date of 9-30-2025, and maximum contract amount of $25,000,000.
The Large General Civil On-Call Construction Services contracts provide the City an established group of qualified On-Call Prime General Contractors available to respond to bidding requests for the execution of construction work for the City's infrastructure. Since the establishment of these contracts, the City has experienced unexpected changes to the construction market.
