Amends the Technical Services Agreement with Deighton Associates Limited to extend the term of the agreement for one year and increase the maximum expenditure amount from $803,402 to $1,064,929, by adding $261,527 for Pavement/Asset Management consulting services for Denver's street, alley, and bridge network (CE01113-03). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on ??-13. The Committee approved filing this bill by consent on 8-15-13.
